What should i make this box out of, if any ones knows a cool design for one let me know, what are some good subs and tweeters that are cheap, and im gonna put in a 1000 watt 4 chanel amp THE MAIN QUESTION IS WILL MY TRUCK HANDEL IT OR WILL I NEED MORE POWER if so plz tell me how to make all of this work in my truck also i gotta keep the budget as low as possible my tweeters will prob be like 4 4" ones or 2 4"

You need to think of air flow with that large a bass. It will actually sound like crap and be a waste of money if there isn't enough flow for the speakers to sound right. If you want to keep your budget low, look for 8" or 10" subs.

As for the material for the box, using 3/4" MDF would work well.
